Topic Hook

Before we launched our new topic, the children were sent on a flight route which including bag scanning and getting their tickets checked! They had a flight simulator which gave us clues on what the new topic could be about. Together they discussed pieces of a map and some photographs to get them thinking and discussing with their peers. They then found out that our new topic is...New Zealand!
